Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing Purple Render. By using our services, you are agreeing to adhere to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy, in addition to any other terms relevant to the specific service you are using.
When you opt for Purple Render’s payment processing services or other payment methods, you are agreeing to comply with our terms, policies, and service guidelines. If you are accessing these Payment Services on behalf of a company, it is understood that the company accepts these terms, and you represent that you have the authority to bind that company or entity to these terms.
Payment Methods
At Purple Render, we offer a variety of payment processing options. Currently, we accept payments via Wire Transfer and PayPal. It’s important to note that we do not store any information about our customers’ payment cards.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse work on any project without the need to provide a reason.
Payment Terms
Work on your project will begin the next business day after we receive the deposit.
We split payments into two parts: 50% is due before starting the project, and the remaining 50% (balance) is due before the final renderings are completed.
The initial quote is based solely on the information provided during the inquiry and estimation stage of the project. If additional information is provided during the Discovery phase that was not included in the original quote, we will update the project price accordingly.
If we do not receive revisions within 2 months, the balance will be due. However, your revisions will remain available for when you are ready to continue with the project.
Each model is evaluated individually after the project has been paid for and following the Discovery phase.
The final rendering will only be sent after the full balance has been paid.
Refunds will be issued under certain circumstances that are discussed with the client. A full refund will be considered if:
- The customer’s order cannot be fulfilled;
- The client requests to cancel the order before the start of development.
